President
Dr. Raman S. Nanra
Dr. Nanra graduated from the prestigious University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry with honors. Dr. Nanra has been connected to the dental field professionally since 2003. He has been helping patients in Sacramento for more than 5 years. He is a member of American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Chicago Dental Society, California Dental Association, and American College of Prosthodontics. He has been volunteering to provide emergency dental services for children in the County of Sacramento since 2018.
Vice President
Dr. Nho Le-Hinds
Dr. Nho Le-Hinds attended California State University of Sacramento and received a bachelor's of science in Nursing. She furthered her education and graduated from the University of the Pacific with Doctorate of Education. She worked in Newborn Intensive Care Unit, pediatric hematology/oncology, maternal newborn care, and home health with Sutter. She is currently a school nurse with SCUSD and an adjunct professor of nursing at CSUS.

Mira Yang, RDH
Mira Yang has been a licensed registered dental hygienist since 2009 and brings more than half decade of experience in the public health field. Mira is a 2022 recipients of the “Health Equity Heroes” award from DentaQuest.
